Gosh I look horrible!
A little delirious after 2 intense workouts... hence the stupid smile!
1000lb Leg Press and master doing Muscle-ups on rings! 3,2,1... GO!
Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to become an all-around functional athlete. I love making my workouts extremely hard, "if your not nervous about your workout, then your not doing enough" -unknown. I want that beach body as much as the next guy but my main concern is more functionality then looks.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was just an overuse injury to my rotator cuff and I took a little over a week off from working that area and iced and stretched alot (helps i work in a sports medicine clinic)

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I was shocked at how much energy I had yesterday evening after getting off work to do my workout. I had only got like 5 hours of sleep, was up since 4am and had a VERY busy day. But I managed to do two great workouts and beat my old workout time as well.
I am not even close to one Muscle Up yet. I tried the front squat WOD today, I had to quit part way through my wrists were killing me. I may need some front squat pointers
Training is good - I think I have a bit of a flu bug (which makes me more tired) but I try and push through! I probably do more measurements in a month or so. How about you?
