How I Started: I was doing alot of training, traveling and then just hit a string of bad times, and looked in the mirror one morning and said "What the hell happened?"
Why I Love It: I love my workouts cause It's the only thing I get nervous about these days. I love challenging my body and pushing it to its limits. The feel afterwards is a natural high and I can't get enough

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): 1000lb Leg Press and master doing Muscle-ups on rings! 3,2,1... GO!
Goal (Long): My overall goal is to become an all-around functional athlete. I love making my workouts extremely hard, "if your not nervous about your workout, then your not doing enough" -unknown. I want that beach body as much as the next guy but my main concern is more functionality then looks.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was just an overuse injury to my rotator cuff and I took a little over a week off from working that area and iced and stretched alot (helps i work in a sports medicine clinic)

I was shocked at how much energy I had yesterday evening after getting off work to do my workout. I had only got like 5 hours of sleep, was up since 4am and had a VERY busy day. But I managed to do two great workouts and beat my old workout time as well.

Training is good - I think I have a bit of a flu bug (which makes me more tired) but I try and push through! I probably do more measurements in a month or so. How about you?
