To answer your question...I cut out some things. I really don't consume sugar...so that an easy one. The salt is switch to lemon pepper. I also switch from red meats to fish and chicken breast. Cardio is a must...so keep doing what you are doing. The only thing I need is some warm wheather...I like to do my cardio outside.
