What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm in a cutting phase right now.
meal 1 - 8 egg whites w/ rice
meal 2 - 2 scoops of Nitro Tech
meal 3 - 1 cup of Oatmeal w/ half banana or apple
meal 4 - Chicken Breast w peas and rice (1 package of Animalpak)
meal 5 - 2 scoop of Nitro Tech
meal 6 - 1 can of tuna w/ salad I'm in a cutting phase right now.

How are things going sir? What does your early cut consist of. I have elinated white sugar, salt and flour. I power walk..incline 15 and speed 4.3 for 45 minutes to an hour. 5 Days a week. I lift 4 days a week...Weekends is calesthetics
