What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm in a cutting phase right now.
meal 1 - 8 egg whites w/ rice
meal 2 - 2 scoops of Nitro Tech
meal 3 - 1 cup of Oatmeal w/ half banana or apple
meal 4 - Chicken Breast w peas and rice (1 package of Animalpak)
meal 5 - 2 scoop of Nitro Tech
meal 6 - 1 can of tuna w/ salad I'm in a cutting phase right now.

Awesome man congrats! You look great as usual keep up the good work...I'm sure I'll be meeting you again probly some time next year. Do you do any other tested shows like ocb or inbf i'm sure you'd do great in them and would be a top contender for a pro card
no I think I look better in the light Heavy I just come in low 190's. Which is good except when there are several in class in shape. Some come in the top of the class 198. Which is tough if your 6 -8 lbs under. Light heavys always a tough class anyway.
I thought aboubt comin in at middle weight. You know bout the light heavys. Lean body mass is 180 185. I think I would really dominate at middle just not sure if want to go there. Just something bout the thought of losing muscle ya know. Whats your take?
