Before the birth of my children I was a lean and cut 185. After 9 months of eating with a pregnant woman carrying twins with weird cravings I ballooned to 275. I lost 50 lbs of that and am determined to train my body and live healthy

The touring is going great as we have visited Montana, Idaho (Bodybuilding.com head office) Oregon and Washington State so far and found some great gyms along the way. We are hoping to hit California, Mexico (for Christmas & New Years), Arizona, New Mexico and Texas during the winter. I never want to shovel snow again. How goes it with you?
Yea man you're welcome. I agree with that 100 percent dude about going about it the most basic way possible. Some supplements are good and definitely work great but I think it's really good that you are going about it the old fashioned way for now cuz that shows that you are serious about achieving your goals and aren't looking to take short cuts. I'd say continue about it like that for another month or two then begin some supplements but never fat burners. Take care and Jah bless

I'm getting there man. It's a process. Wish that I could look up and see the results already...but it didn't wrk like that the first time and I guess it won't this time either. Getting there one day at a time though. Keep up the great work!
