  • Time to bump up the weights. We'll have to do a Saturday workout sometime in Jasper whenever we are in town. We can mix our workouts ; ill kick your butt with heavy weights and you can wear me down with little breaks and high reps.

I've been on rocky ground since Christmas.  I mean I've been doing all my workouts but I haven't stuck to the diet very well and it shows.  I have more hanging off of my midsection then I used to.  I have gotten back on the horse this week.  I have hit the workouts harder then I was and been sticking to my diet.  I am going to continue.  I have started using calipers to track my body fat instead of using the hand held analyzer.  Using the calipers put me 3.5%...
