Get control of my body - bad food is my addiction, I need to whip myself into shape,and make good eating a HABIT.
Goal (Long):
As a goal in general I guess what I really don't want is to turn into my Mom or Grandma- both became very overweight when they went through the "change". This has caused me to be very anxious about eating in general. As a result I have damaged my metabolism by eating too little most of the time, and then pigging out for several days in a row. Learning to build good eating habits, and exercising is a challenge I am trying to win.

I want to LOSE 15 lb

This has got to stop……….. My diet is good for 5 days or so, and then it goes to hell for 2 or 3.  

My problems range from buying a box of cereal-  and eating the WHOLE box- to eating multiple yogurts and or power bars……………….  Seems nothing is safe.

Size goes up...
