Did not want to turn into my Mom , also too bored for words last winter. Gym was something to do. Started at Curves, out grew it.

Get control of my body - bad food is my addiction, I need to whip myself into shape,and make good eating a HABIT.
Goal (Long):
As a goal in general I guess what I really don't want is to turn into my Mom or Grandma- both became very overweight when they went through the "change". This has caused me to be very anxious about eating in general.
As a result I have damaged my metabolism by eating too little most of the time, and then pigging out for several days in a row.
Learning to build good eating habits, and exercising is a challenge I am trying to win.

This has got to stop……….. My diet is good for 5 days or so, and then it goes to hell for 2 or 3.
My problems range from buying a box of cereal- and eating the WHOLE box- to eating multiple yogurts and or power bars………………. Seems nothing is safe.

Cindy,
Thanks for the compliment, some things for bench press that help is to do lots of pushups, also pick a weight that you can barely bench 10 times, then add 5 to it and do 3 sets at least once a week but no more than twice. Add 5 lbs when you can do three sets of 10. Also, take your time doing them, lower slowly, make sure you touch your chest and take a 1 or 2 count before raising. Do some tricep work also such as skull crushers. Hope that helps.
