Description: This is the cardio activity I did as an undergraduate. For those who don't know, it's called stepping. We, as in my fraternity, performed this and many other routines that lasted at least 10 minutes. Swimming has nothing on this! If anyone has stepping aerobics or some thing at their local gym you might want to try it out.

It seems that it would be obvious that as your strenght increases that you would get more definition. Not so much in my case! I have definitely made some gains so far as strenght and weight as well. But, what I often see is bigger but not more defined. I am thinking the solution may be more...
Brother M, I am doing well man. GPA was 3.5.Looking to do better next semester. How is the new addition? I am going to another level of living a purpose filled life balanced with happiness!
Good, wouldn't want to put ya to shame....lol. Kidding! The stats show your one max rep so it can look insane if you don't read it carefully on peeps profiles. Of course there are those who do bluff but really, who cares? It rest on their shoulders if someone kindly challenges them to prove it. ;-)
Yea man I think you are probably right with the 270 and the upper weight so far as a one-rep max and yea....I understood that before writing the blog. The problem lies in the weight of the 1RM....it doesn't add up to the other stats or pictures.
D, Tried to leave this on your blog, but it wouldn't let me!
Question, if you can do 270 squats 15 times, wouldn't that mean that you can possiblely do a higher weight but with less reps? Like 315 perhaps 6 times! Just a question?
I also think the stats that are giving a estimating your one rep max, that is if you your highest weight, (which most of us would air on the side of caution) only one rep!
