Good fraternity brother who provided me with some insights on my quest of bodybuilding. A professional himself, he still has time to share thoughts with the little people like me(Not in height senses).LOL!!
Description: This is the cardio activity I did as an undergraduate. For those who don't know, it's called stepping. We, as in my fraternity, performed this and many other routines that lasted at least 10 minutes. Swimming has nothing on this! If anyone has stepping aerobics or some thing at their local gym you might want to try it out.

Yea man I think you are probably right with the 270 and the upper weight so far as a one-rep max and yea....I understood that before writing the blog. The problem lies in the weight of the 1RM....it doesn't add up to the other stats or pictures.
D, Tried to leave this on your blog, but it wouldn't let me!
Question, if you can do 270 squats 15 times, wouldn't that mean that you can possiblely do a higher weight but with less reps? Like 315 perhaps 6 times! Just a question?
I also think the stats that are giving a estimating your one rep max, that is if you your highest weight, (which most of us would air on the side of caution) only one rep!

Sent you a few text. You must have changed your number. Pissed my shoulder off again so I'm taking the gym real easy. Boys are good. Work is nuts and school is great. How are you? PM me your new number.
Same here bro, gained like 9 lbs over thanksgiving weekend! I need to go back to the drawing table and make this happen! Looking good in the avi bro, and legs are looking great!
The weight bench definitely helps out. Gonna be doing a 5 day (maybe more if Im up to it) split. Wake up: Lower body. Before bed: Upper body. Next day wake up: Stability muscles. Before bed: Arms. Next day, repeat. Coke n eggs after every workout. Giving muscles roughly 24 hours of rest. I hope you've been nice so Santa grants your wish!
