When I Started: Aug 2004
HOW I STARTED:

Always had a small desire to model.But, I never really have the time to 1) workout enough, 2)the courage to get out and do it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

1) Relief of stress 2) Makes ya' feel good 3) Makes ya' look good

If you have noticed sir, I am on the squat rack that is in the corner and not facing you...why did you have to come over to my rack and start flexing....and ohh....there is a mirror in front of me...so I see you keep walking behind me too!!!!!  I really don't know sometime. As you have noticed, I am working on this one bench....far away from the most used items in the gym; I am glad that all three of you are encouraging each other and are determined to work out together (Great support system!); Please notice the other 7 benches in the gym that are spread out, away from me; Please gentlemen do not get your dumbells...

IronLionofJudah This would be some exercises for a back workout that I would suggest for optimum results... Lat pull downs to the front/close grip lat pull-downs/long cable rows/dumbell or cable rows/stiff arm pull-downs... I usually do 5 sets each with 5-8 reps for each exercise...
