Description: This is the cardio activity I did as an undergraduate. For those who don't know, it's called stepping. We, as in my fraternity, performed this and many other routines that lasted at least 10 minutes. Swimming has nothing on this! If anyone has stepping aerobics or some thing at their local gym you might want to try it out.

Man, I have gotten so lazy that I didn't even want to hit the gym today. Okay okay...so I have been out of the gym for about 2 weeks. To get a sense of what that feels like....imagine two months for most people and thats what it feels like.
Anyhow....life has happened alot over those two...
