Description: This is the cardio activity I did as an undergraduate. For those who don't know, it's called stepping. We, as in my fraternity, performed this and many other routines that lasted at least 10 minutes. Swimming has nothing on this! If anyone has stepping aerobics or some thing at their local gym you might want to try it out.

I actually dont know what MOD means, thats just how it is on my online courses. It could easily have said 'section' or 'column'. They chose MOD. 2 test per mod. Just the fitness and nutrition certification Im going after. Lookin great, dude!
Impossible to do both at the same time. What you can do is gain a crap load of muscle then lean out. When burning fat you lose some muscle no way around it.
