Description: This is the cardio activity I did as an undergraduate. For those who don't know, it's called stepping. We, as in my fraternity, performed this and many other routines that lasted at least 10 minutes. Swimming has nothing on this! If anyone has stepping aerobics or some thing at their local gym you might want to try it out.

Man, I try. Sometimes humor eludes me though.
Oh yeah, another thing about glute-ham raises. If you haven't noticed, you can do those things at home IF you can perform one.
That exercise is more humbling than the one-arm, one-legged pushup.
