How I Started:
I was always into sports at school and kept in pretty good shape, after leaving high school and starting work I didn't really have the time or motivation to train so I started putting on a bit of weight. By the time I was 21 I was really out of shape and slightly over weight so I joined a gym, I mainly did cardio and lost a bit of fat but in 2008 I started reading magazines and looking on the internet and really working harder on the free weights, now I'm more into the gym than ever and feeling better for it
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get when see that ever so slight change in your body, it lets you know all the hard work's getting you somewhere
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching lots of sports and by looking at other people's profiles on here

I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days. how are you? I got a new tattoo too

Hey man I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt specifics advice critique all welcome Thanks Marc
