How I Started:
I just got tired of being skinny and I wanted to feel good about the way I looked. Plus I wanted to change my eating habits and feel better on the inside as well.
Why I Love It:
I am addicted to it now. I am all natural, and I love the feeling of being pumped up and the rush of lifting more and more weight. I wish I could get bigger, but I had a small frame to start, so I think my bones will only hold so much.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with the thought that will get bigger. Plus I don't want get somewhat immobilized as I get older and older. I want to be able to always walk tall.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gone from 148 lbs. to 200 lbs. in five years. Not bad I guess. I want to get to 220 - 225, but I don't know if I can with my frame.

Thanks for joining the group! This is just version 1 of bodygroups so it's pretty basic. I'm not sure the best way to use it yet, but I hope everyone will post their thoughts in the comment section within the group. Easier to respond. Anyways, I hope we all can improve in 2009!
