Hey, i'm 11 weeks out from the show as of 6-28-08.  Dieting is going good, weight training is going good.  Have to make some adjustments on the eating.  Need to take away a meal from the late evening and move it to the mid day 1 1/2 before my workout. This is one adjustment starting...
