Just a MOUND of fried soft shell crabs, shrimp, oysters, catfish, seafood balls with crawfish over a bed of fries. Also had a tower of onion rings and some boiled spicy potatoes for appetizers. Mmmmm Mmmmm good. Had some leftovers for lunch, the rest for dinner 2nite. *smile*

I've been alright. Busy with training and other life stuff. I'm not getting any promotions anytime soon though.
LOL, good luck getting that supervisor position. Those things are fun, I'll tell you that. However, for me it had its nightmare moments. I had some people I couldn't fire.
LOL, you'll enjoy it though and you might even enjoy the pay. Not too busy to train though, are you?

What's up Brother man? Thanks for checking on me. I'm doing great. It was my son who had the surgery. Everything turned out fine. He's a big 24 y/o old moose! At least if your weightlifting is off you are still on track with your diet. That's key. Wish I had your discipline when it comes to that. Eating correctly is still my biggest challenge. Don't beat yourself up. Not gonna let you fall of the wagon. You've come to far. T
