My brother started to lift weights at "Barbers Point Gym" and he took me along one day and from then on I kept on lifting.
Why I Love It:
To see personal success. It is a great way to build confidence and character.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is easy. I train for football and train for competive bodybuilding after I graduate.
BB Accomplishments:
I made major improvements to my entire body. I've improved on strength and made great improvements to slimming down my waist.
