Finally realized I needed a change in my life.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about my self, when I started it was like dame I have to go to the gym, but know I have to go or I feel some thing is missing in my day. And if I do not go I feel bad.

6:00 AM I do my 45 min cardio on an empty stomach only a bottle of water
7:00 Whey protein shake one scope in water and ice 30g protein, 6g fat and 15g of Carbohydrates. total 200 cal
8:00 Hi fiber and protein cereal with 2% milk
10:00 one fruit. Peach, plum, orange, etc, and...
It's crazy intense...pick up a copy of the July Muscle and Fitness it's the hard body workout in there that I'm doing and it's no joke. It a provides detailed workout and diet info to go by.
Thats a good goal to set. Fat on men is deadly since it attaches to our organs and sit on the front of our abdomen. Kept up the hard work. Have you tried 6 meals a day. It works wonders and increases your metabolism.
You gotta keep it intense, I find an crunch frame equipment(and I'm normally very anti-product when it comes to exercise)to be really effective to get a burn. Try slow movements and dont over look ab training as something minor, spent a hard amount of time working abs and you'll get them to grow.
Also keep concisdent, if you get into one of them moods when u dont feel like going to the gym thats fine, but make sure to do something for your abs.
