OCD2702 You don't need to do them at each back and leg workout. Just try to incorporate them into one of each. 1 warm up, 3 work sets. Switch it around. You'll see. Your strength will go up. With strength, comes size. Jan 11, 2010 5:31am

OCD2702 Try this. Every time you go to work arms, do 2 sets of full squats or dead lifts. Warm up with a weight you can do for 20 -25 reps. Then do 1 set for 10, as heavy as you can. Then go bomb your arms. The big lifts get the growth hormone in action. Gotta lift big to get big. Squats and deads will make your whole body grow. Jan 7, 2010 10:42pm

OCD2702 Drop your carbs, up your fats, increase your cardio, keep reps at ten, 3 days on. Carb your bodyweight on the fourth day. Try that for a few weeks. It's tough keeping carbs uder 50gms a day, but it strips the fat. Dec 20, 2009 2:40pm

OCD2702 I put on 3 lbs. in the last two weeks. I low carb(under 50gms), for 2-3 days to keep body fat % down. The take in about 200gms for two days. Swells up the muscles. Strength is coming back. Ended my cutting cycle with a bad case of bronchitis. Two weeks no training takes its toll. Takes double to get back on track. Nov 18, 2009 7:04am
