I have been back to the gym for the last 2 weeks after a 6 month lay off. I optioned not to have surgury on my shoulder and think I made a wise decision. The pain seems to have gone away now with the rest. I will just have to take it easy to make sure it doesnt come back. New goal is to get back...
Hey, I just wanted to say that reading your profile got me even more inspired. I just recently (Nov. '07) picked up lifting and cardio again as I let myself go inbetween from football and wrestling in H.S. Being 30 years old now I find it extremely difficult to lose the belly fat. I eat very healthy, no sugars or fast foods. I wondered if you had a supplement that worked well for you(that is if weight was an issue) or any other exercise or means to lose it fast.
Thanks!

I don't count calories never have. I adjust my carbs to reduce body fat. Allowing myself as much protein as I want to eat. Before a contest I'll go without any carbs for about 3 days to really reduce my bodyfat.
I basically keep my carbs to a minimum. An mostly eat lean protein and green veggies through out the day. 30 min of cardio in the am and another 30 min in the pm. Let me know if I can help, be glad to.
I read you bodyblog, sorry to hear about your injury; stay on track and lighten up the weights, I had something similar and it took about six weeks before I could go back to my normal routine.
Man your last blog is exactly what I've been saying! You have to pull teeth to get a comment and you know it ain'y easy doin' what we do it's damn nice to hear somthing once and again. I'm one of those guys that likes to give out compliments. Just like a walk by compliment to help fuel them up. Makes me feel good for being that type of dude anyway! Right on brother!
