I was 6'1 and 135 and i got had to go to physical therapy where they had me do weight training. I then got a gym membership and went as often as i could.
Why I Love It:
I go to the gym and not only do I love the feeling your muscles get after a workout. I love seing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
its not really a matter of staying motivated anymore. going to lift has become just another part of my day, like sleeping or eating. if i get injured or cant make it to the gym it just feels like something was off that day. its sick but i'm sure many of u know what i'm talkin about

Don't just dream big, Be big
All through highschool i weighed under 135lbs. I got to college and started to gain a little weight. I would love to be refered to as anything but the tall skinny kid. I would like to get to 190lbs with under 7% body fat. I would like to be able to bench full sets of 225. and be able to do 20 wide grip pull ups. I am 19 right now. I would like to do this by the time Im 20.
Oh, another thing. Please, watch out your posture; try always to sit right, chest out, abs in, just like the army. I noticed on your last pictures that your a bit bended to front. Hope your not injured anymore. Be careful, sometimes lots of weights are dangerous, try to work with less weights lol
Hey, you're looking lean and cut! Way to go, man! Could you please tell me about your diet? lol Seriously, you must have a heck of a diet to be this lean and yet pack muscle mass. Congrats! You do look like a Greek statue lol Peace. man!
THANKS MAN.. BELIEVE IT OR NOT YOU ARE ARE AHEAD OF ME MAN! I NEVER BEEN LEAN A DAY IN MY LIFE SO I GOT TO WORK 2X AS HARD TOO KEEP BUILDING AND LOOSING FAT. IF YOU ADDED 25 LBS OF MUSCLE YOU WOULD BE JACKED!
