i just try and eat healthy lots of lean meats veggies and fruits
my typical diet is
meal 1. eggs,oatmeal, and some sort of fruit
meal 2. protien shake
meal 3. lean meat,veggies,and brown rice or a sweet potaoe
meal 4. protien shake
meal 5. lean meat and some more veggies
meal 6. another protien shake before bed
