My daughter is 15 months old and there is another on the way. I want my children to look up to me and be inspired to keep fit and healthy as I am now from my father (who is still bodybuilding at the age of 72 despite having chronic asthma his whole life)

Well, I have had another holiday where I managed to do some training.

However, I have damaged my shoulder.  It does not look too bad, just tendonitus or something like that...
Have the medication, so now I am going to get back into it after two weeks off.  I still will not be able to do a...

Thanks for the comments bro.A fellow brit I see and almost the same age I am 35 in a couple of weeks,I just thought its time to lose the fat once and for all I have been obese pretty much since I was 14 but you've gotta do what you can.Keep up the good work yourself millions of others have done it why not us?
