How I Started:
Started using tubbing bands, needed more. Picked up a pair of dumbbells at the gym, and I was hooked. :)

Body shape, endless health benefits and the rush!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very self motivated I never have to drag myself to the gym. I enjoy working out and couldn't imagine life any other way. What keeps me motivated is knowing persistence pays off. If you want something bad enough you stay committed, and work hard for it. "There is no other way".
Well thanks so much! My tip for the weekends? I still struggle on the weekends! But what I have come to find out is work the plan until the plan works you..in other words (and I know it sucks) but I made a commitment to myself to not cheat and not go out weekends for 4 weeks to get used to not cheating on the weekends....its a bad habit. If I am out with friends i tend to break and want to join in the drinking n stuff....if i dont expose myself to that than I am good. So thats my 2 cents!
Thanks, I need to get some new photos posted, just been too lazy lately to get them taken, heh. I think I'm getting pretty close to 18% bodyfat now, my mid-section has really improved over the last month and I'm seeing a lot of shoulder definition as well.
