When I Started: 1992
How I Started: I have always had an interest in bodybuilding/ working out and when I initially joined the Air Force, I was actually assisgned to work in a Fitness Center. From that I was sent to schools and I was around a lot of people who taught me a lot. My roommate at the time challenged me to a workout and almost killed me. I must have some issues because I kept coming back.
Why I Love It: I love it because it challenges you to push your body to the next level. Bodybuilding is something that you share with everyone. You can be good at any sport but nobody notices you until you play but aa a bodybuilder, you get noticed no matter where you are.
How I Stay Motivated: I have to admit, staying motivated can sometimes be a challenge for me. I try to associate myself with fit, motivated people. Sometimes a busy schedule and it throws my gym time eating off as well. No time for excuses...it's time to get ready to rrrrrrummbbllle.

Workout Program:
I weight train 6 days a week at night and I do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning. In the next two weeks I will begin to do cardio twice a day.

With all workouts I keep my repetitions in the range of 8 to 15 and rest 30 to 45 seconds in between sets.

Mondays and Thursdays are Chest/ Back...
