Overall Goal: 2nd place at Musclemania World in Las Vegas. What a way to start my professional bodybuilding career. Thanks to everyone for the support, advice and motivation. Now it's time to enjoy normal food for a while...milk is delicious!

Fit Status:
Pre Judging went great. 16 Pros and looking to be in the single digiits at my debut!
I started working out off and on since I enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1996 but I didn't "stick" with it until late 2000. I hit the weights just because it was the thing to do but once my body started making changes I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Working out comes natural for a Marine. It is one of the few things I am good at so why would I ever stop? I have great genes and a combination of good symmetry and size for my height for bodybuilding and I am all about hard work, dedication and commitment.
How I Stay Motivated:
There's a cadence that says "motivate me and I'll motivate you" Most of my motivation is not from within but from all my friends, fans and random people. Thank you all for your encouragement.
My loving girlfriend Monique (Miuccini) is an incredible inspiration and my #1 source of support. Together we diet, train and prepare to compete.
I also have allot of support throughout the Corps. It's amazing to have hundreds of young Marines look up to me and be inspired by me!
EAT, SLEEP, LIFT...REPEAT!
IT'S NOT WHAT YOU TAKE BUT WHAT YOU EAT!
IT'S NOT HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU MOVE, IT'S HOW YOU MOVE IT.
BB Accomplishments:
Earning my Natural Pro Card. Enough said!

Wolfe has inspired me since the first time I saw him at the All Forces Nationals in 2008. To this day I have never seen conditioning that good. I can only hope to one day perfect my diet to compete as dialed in as he was. Wolfe is a nice guy and as a fellow member of the Armed Forces we share a bond. Keep it up.
Celia works and trains harder then anybody I know. She has made great progress and continues to improve. She trains like an animal and it shows. Celia motivated me to push my limits and she continues to motivate me. I learned a lot from her and I look forward to seeing her in magazines and throughout the internet.
Well it's all over. The Dexter Jackson Classic was a great experience. It was a pleasure meeting all the pro's including Dexter Jackson (of course), Chris Cormier, Gustavo Badell, Troy Alves, Victor Martinez, Dennis James, Silvio Samuel and one of the greatest and my early inspiration,...

Good luck Staff Sargeant. I am an active duty sailor. I have spoke to you before in the gym and galley. I now know b/c of you that just b/c a person is in military training it is no excuse not to compete. Thanks for the motivation, again, good luck at Musclemania.
