How I Started:
Mom is a champion natural bodybuilder. Being blessed with good genetics and finding myself battling weight in my late twenties, I decided to go for it. I had lifted hard in high school and remembered loving it, I figured what better way to get in shape and stay there. Once I competed for the first time-I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to push weight. The endorphins alone are worth it, good for you, and they're free. Being the only girl in the gym who can rock full sets of free pull ups feels pretty good. And looking good just can't be beat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep my last trophy in the kitchen to keep me on track when I am near melt down. Looking at pics and posing daily is also key.
