dmiller79 fat caliper came today, used 3 folds to calculate, original measurement was estimated by bodyspace, so its more accurate now.

Starletdusk Hi, Yes I did. I am in a transition you could say as I am still eating through my dairy and beans.. but I cleaned out my pantry and follow it otherwise. I haven't cut out alcohol either... how are you doing on it? Jan 10, 2013 8:42pm
