I hae been rehabilitating a lower back injury that caused a slow weight gain over 4 year period. With diet & strict exercise I was able to bring my weight & fitness back into a healthy range.
I want to gain muscle size & definition in my back & legs.
Goal (Long):
I would like to gain as much size & definition as achieveable while staying below 200lbs.
I would also like to inprove my midsection to an elite level.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I like to listen to metal music like "Lamb of God" Mudvayne ect. to get the blood pumping. I also try to scrutinize my weak points & set a strategy to target those during each workout of that body part. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has kept more active in keeping up with my daughters energy level. It makes people around you more health focused (since they see your progress)

Hi there! I definitley eat to live, but there is no reason why you can't enjoy your meals--i certainly do! Check out my recipies in my photos section. I like to use fresh and dried herbs and spices to season my food. I think if God put it on this earth, why not enjoy it?!

well, not quite as good as they're treating you I guess. But close. I've been doing the Max OT workout, maybe that'll help me catch up to you a little bit.
