Jic120
Jic120 Yo man, thanks for the friend request. Gettin big takes a lot of time therefore be patient. Also picture the way you want to look and keep that on your mind always. This should help you with making the right decisions with diet and training. Train hard and intense and eat like the worlds gonna run out of protein! 6-12 egg whites for breakfast, fish and chicken all day. Oct 30, 2012 4:06pm
A.Dee33
A.Dee33 Hey bro, you're asking for tips and advice for gaining mass...1.5 to 2.0 grams of protein per body weight and don't do hour long cardios I'm sure you already know that HIIT is much better for burning body fat and retaining muscle mass. Oct 29, 2012 10:05pm
DorianMichael
DorianMichael eat healthy and big, get a great lifting plan, and be patient! Oct 29, 2012 10:02pm
prestonnoble
prestonnoble Hello friend! checkout my Health and Fitness page! http://www.facebook.com/Preston.Noble.Calves Aug 14, 2012 7:59am
KLOUIS22
KLOUIS22 Pick one of the many plans available on the site and follow it to a T. Light hard to put the stress on your muscles and eat right so they have the fuel to grow. Best of luck! Aug 12, 2012 12:33am
T-Ranger
T-Ranger Eat clean and putting on muscle takes a lot of good foods and vitamins. It is almost 20% working out and 80% nutrition. Also be constant in both eating and training. Make sure you give your body a rest to let the muscles grow. Aug 11, 2012 11:35pm
TroyGuy
TroyGuy Yes, read my blog and it will help on gaining muscle. Despite what the broscience may say, you need to eat 6 meals per day. If you want, I can send you my diet plan which will help...but it is intense so be prepared. If you are interested, leave me your email. Stay strong and thanks for the friend request. fletch3r train hard, eat right, sleep well. consistently. Jul 12, 2012 12:35pm
LuukNL
LuukNL Yes i can only say the same as the people before me said, train correct basic workouts with a minimum of 4 times a week. Eat good clean meals with enough protien and carbs about 7-8 times a day. And i think the most important thing is. STAY ON THAT. Stick to the plan. Quiters never win an winners never quit! goodluck amigo! ttyl Ludwig Jun 14, 2012 1:47am
olekas
olekas thanx for the add. you need 2 things to grow: 1.right nutrition - make sure to consume tnot less than 2 grams per kilo of you weight in a day, and remember that food should be well balanced. 2.hard work! Jun 5, 2012 1:34pm
seanboone
seanboone Thanks for the add. I would start a trainer if you haven't already. Search for Kris Gethin's 12 Week Trainer, he has great meal plans & workout plans. EAT EAT EAT. LIFT LIFT LIFT! Jun 4, 2012 3:19pm

maxreps190
maxreps190 Thanks for the add. There's no secret, or quick way, to add size. Eat well, train well and sleep well - all alot easier said than done. Concentrate on the basic big compund lifts - squat, deadlift, chest press etc. Don't worry about isolation exercises at this stage. Build up the weight slowly, but progressively and keep the reps in the 8 - 10 range with good form. It's going to take a while, remember it's a marathon not a sprint. Good luck! May 27, 2012 3:26pm
xKyle10
xKyle10 Just be consistent and lift heavy bro. Track your macros, get 1g protein/lb of BW and eat in a 200-300 calorie surplus. Get on a good program and focus on progressive overload. Take advantage of the easy gains that come in the beginning by maximizing everything that you can and give it 110% every day. May 26, 2012 8:31pm
scooter925
scooter925 Nutrition is 80% of it. Make sure your calories are from the right place but also enough for growth. The nutrition forums on here are a great start. Also think about your supps, I would recommend creatine, fish oil, and a good protein powder for starters. Let me know how you make out. May 25, 2012 10:21am
rdavis04
rdavis04 As far as tips for muscle growth, try to eat clean with 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Keep your reps in 8-12 range with slower eccentric moves. Try to improve each week and get plenty of sleep. Good luck! May 24, 2012 9:05pm
jaronteed
jaronteed You've got to create a calorie surplus for any hopes of gaining weight bud. Eat big and lift heavy. If you're trying to get bigger skip the cardio....I only do cardio to create a calorie deficit. I keep my workouts intense for my "cardio" May 24, 2012 6:37pm
