My Motivation Program

I have lost 60 lbs, come a real long way. I see the changes and don't want to give it up. I like the saying "junk food doesn't taste as good as skinny feels." My husband has always thought that I was something else, now I am starting to believe him. He has believed in me before I ever believed in myself, he is my motivator!

dmatern started my carb cycling on Saturday 3/2/13 so we will see how i do, its worked before so hopefully it'll work again! :)

mschristina Sorry I missed your "down" time. Glad to see that you have found your happy place again. My first "down" day was finding my first comment from someone on this site who said some not nice things to me. It was some random stranger. It was emotionally difficult to post my "before" pics, and yet, I just did it. Right after that, I got two comments from a jerk. It made me feel sad, but only for about an hour.
