Took my EMT class with a group of firefighters, had been somewhat interested before the class, but was really motivated to get into weightlifting afterwards.

Workout with my best friend, always great motivation. Pumping Iron. Big Fires.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I started lifting, and continue to do so. Havent entered any contests, and dont plan to.

Just continue to develop muscle mass while staying flexible and relatively trim. Ultimatley I'd like to be a solid 190-200 lbs. For now, I'd like to get to a solid 170.
Well, it's been basically a year since i've taken measurements, so I'm gunna take em again and post them... so a sudden jump in size isnt a new training method, rather a year of work... or a sudden loss of size for that matter :(
