How I Started:
Took my EMT class with a group of firefighters, had been somewhat interested before the class, but was really motivated to get into weightlifting afterwards.
Why I Love It:
Functionality.
How I Stay Motivated:
Workout with my best friend, always great motivation. Pumping Iron. Big Fires.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I started lifting, and continue to do so. Havent entered any contests, and dont plan to.

I tried being reasonable... I didn't like it. Pain is temporary. Quitting is forever. No matter how hard you try, you can't dribble a tumble weed. The only easy day was yesterday. Big arms means Big paychecks.

Just continue to develop muscle mass while staying flexible and relatively trim. Ultimatley I'd like to be a solid 190-200 lbs. For now, I'd like to get to a solid 170.

Well, it's been basically a year since i've taken measurements, so I'm gunna take em again and post them... so a sudden jump in size isnt a new training method, rather a year of work... or a sudden loss of size for that matter :(
