When I Started: Sep, 1997
How I Started: Friend of mine told me I could put on weight by power lifting about 10 years ago. Have been off and on since. Injuries and Softball the main reasons for the lay-offs.
Why I Love It: The everday challenge to beat last weeks results!!
How I Stay Motivated: I mainly stay motivated by the fact my daughter will have boyfriends later in life that I may have to thump. Also love seeing the gains in strength and mass.
