Yeah man definitely keep at it!!! I know its tough considering everything we have on our plate, I mean I juggle with 90 hour work weeks and training

Hey! Thigns are going good on my end just hitting a bulk cycle now trying to gain some serious mass going back up to like 225 and then when I cut with new muscle come down to like 200 when I compete in 2009. Happy Holidays!! Stay strong!!

Well for summer I usually try to get a little bigger, but now I bulked up cause I was sick and lost a lot of like 10 lbs. I went down to 185 Lbs. So thats why I decided to come back up to 205. Now I am cutting to so I can be my normal weight at 195 solid. Good Luck with Your goals!!!

Thanks man, just gained wanted to gain some muscle since when I got sick I lost a lot of good muscle mass. Now I am back over the 200's and starting a cut cycle with the new muscle mass.

Hey I got up to 206 last week on friday I gain muscle pretty fast especially since I am very strict with my diet, supplements and training. Yes I just began cut cycle to lean out with my newly acquire muscle. 6-8 weeks of that.

Training is going well, added about 2-3 lbs of solid muscle bodyfat is down to 7.13. How are things going on your side?

In terms of strenghts I am actually stronger now I kept alternated weeks of heavy and light lifting. I also have more muscle so naturally my lifts are much higher.
