I think this lady has worked hard to get where she is, her thoughts are very candid and any man would be lucky to be married to someone of her caliber. My wish would be that she would work out at my gym and be even more inspirational to me.

Hello my friend was just wondering how you're doing and see if we'll be seeing you at the contest Saturday? I hope so it would be great to meet ya and we could use the support.

No, not special, he is my family physician. I have a couple of health concerns..so, he did a work-up on me. Results aren't back yet but he say's I am doing well! My thoughts: I don't think anyone should go into this alone, we should all inform our Doc of what we are trying to accomplish, for health reasons. Have a good weekend! =)
Yes..I went today for a work-up, CBC etc.. While in the room, I was looking at the BM index poster in the room I was in..when my Dr came in I randomly asked him if he could help measure my bf, he walked out of the room for a sec, came back in with a caliper and measured it for me. I'm glad he did, becuz I been doing it wrong.
Dang! 70lbs! I work with 45 or 50's most times. That's impressive my friend. Things are great with me. 2 weeks till my next contest and I'm at my leanest since I was a teen.
Good Luck in reaching all you future goals!Show the world BB.com rocks. Vote for me as model of the month at http://www.worldphysique.com/v otemale.html Thanks for your support!
I hope to dail it down to 4%. I don't think there is much need to worry. It's true we do need some body fat but I think it's all about knowing your own body.
