Increasing whole body/cross-fit training. Added back kettelbells, sprints, and bulgarian wrestling bag work. How have you been doing?

Thanks for the add. Shifting some training, adding more crossfit and yoga.
Best towards your goals.

Thanks! Looking to lean out this winter. My friend wants to gain weight so we have a goal for June 2010--he's going to gain 40lbs to hit 200 and I'm going to lose 40 to hit 200. Same end, different paths.
Keep up your great training and positive attitude!

I dread faculty meetings, each grade tries to outdo each other with a table of snacks (often around a theme). I keep protein drinks, nuts, and apples in my classroom for all-day snacks (and to bring.) The toughest is to drink enough water during the day. What works for you?

Hey Bo,
I hope you are ready for another school year! It is a great profession. You have really worked hard training (that is one buff Jesus!). Keep up all the good work.
BTW, at our age isn't it a lot tougher training to be lean?!
Thanks,
Doug

D.
No other ink pieces. Always want more,though-- as you know it's addictive! Wife isn't a fan so will probably just keep adding gradually.
Check out www.muscle-ink.com.
