Been hitting hard and heavy trying to gain just a little more and improve some shape. Feeling good,8 more weeks on my current plan, then a long slow cut. 6-pack by 50!!!!!!

Thanks for the add, Love the Powertech Gym, Workout alone, so safety first, but all the movements are good for my goals. Has helped me work through some injuries.

I wish it was all muscle, up 12 lbs in 2 months. Lost a little definition, but not bad, back is at about 95%, So still pushing hard. How are thing going for you???

Slowly gaining some weight, loseing a little definition in the abs, but thats part of it. I'll get you my diet info sometime. Thanks for the offer to help.
