Needed to get back in to shape after a year long illness.
Why I Love It:
It helps me keep up with the younger guys when playing sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is an up and down process, but mainly its a mental thing just to push myself to improve my body. I never want to look my age or act my age. Life is to short not to enjoy it.
Read everyones profile on BB, some amazing improvements. That really is motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
To recover from such a tough year ( 2006)being sick and push forward with my life.

194lbs and needing to improve
Weight 176.6 lbs
I need a tan to show my hard work. 6 more weeks to my goal
Alright its crunch time, 4 weeks until its summer, still need to lose about 5 lbs, I feel like I have had a succesful winter, so its time to see. I'm 8 lbs heavier than I was in October and still have the most of my definition in my midsection, so now it will be safe to cut a little more form...
Hey guy. I've been there and actually went backwards (bummer). Yeah, tighter control of intact and higher caloric burn (cardio). I've just cut all added oils to my food--started poaching fish, baking chicken and fish, boiling veggies, and baking yams--keeping the caloric deficit at 450 each day. This yielded about .5% of bf loss per week. It aint' easy, but it sure feels great. Hope this helps. R.
I think my bf is somewhere around 16%. I want to get down to 10% for my next pics in 3 months. Just like you I am getting ready for summer. 6 small meals a day, 4 days of weights and 2 days of cardio per week.
Hey whats your take on Black Powder, i have been using it for two weeks now and I like it, I have never taken a pre workout booster so i have nothing to compare it to. Thanks Ben
Hey thanks for the comment. This is my first time visiting your profile and you've made a great body transformation. I'll track your blog to watch you continue packing on that muscle. Good luck.
I wish u success mate. May 2008 make those muscle building dreams come true! I plan (if God's will) to put on significant muscle size this year even if it means that I loose a bit definition. I seem to always try to keep the definition and I think it is slowing down my gains...but little by little we learn, Gert
