Needed to get back in to shape after a year long illness.
Why I Love It:
It helps me keep up with the younger guys when playing sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is an up and down process, but mainly its a mental thing just to push myself to improve my body. I never want to look my age or act my age. Life is to short not to enjoy it. Read everyones profile on BB, some amazing improvements. That really is motivating.

To recover from such a tough year ( 2006)being sick and push forward with my life.

Sorry so late... Things are going well so far. I'm setting a new date to get some things done as far as gains. Next year I am wanting to compete so I'm going to make as many gains as possible now so that by next year when it comes time do diet I won't have to stress about the gaining part. How are things going for you man?
