Needed to get back in to shape after a year long illness.

It helps me keep up with the younger guys when playing sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is an up and down process, but mainly its a mental thing just to push myself to improve my body. I never want to look my age or act my age. Life is to short not to enjoy it.
Read everyones profile on BB, some amazing improvements. That really is motivating.

Goal (Long):
I've set my long term goal as to have the body of a 30 year old on my 50th Birthday. A nice 6-pack and good muscle tone. Never be afraid to take my shirt off!!!

Hey bud...man I was actually thinking of you the other day and was regularly praying for you. How have u been? Doing OK? I am MUCH better and my new meds seem to do the trick. So I am strong and healthy and wanna make best use of it. So the next period I am gonna lift like crazy! G.

Things are going well so far. I'm setting a new date to get some things done as far as gains. Next year I am wanting to compete so I'm going to make as many gains as possible now so that by next year when it comes time do diet I won't have to stress about the gaining part. How are things going for you man?
