I got started by going for walks with my wife 4 days a week.

I want to live a healthy lifestyle. I want to be able to run and play with my kids without suffering from health issues problems. I want to be around for them for a long time. My daughter is my life. she was born Sept 8th, 2008. I owe it to her to take care of myself so that I can take care of her! I will get my weight down to 200lbs. I have to stop making excuses and do it.

Well I bumped up my Incline DB Press from 60 to 70 lbs.  Not a huge raise in weight but significant enough for me to feel it.  I am hoping to keep bumping my weights up on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.  Hoping to complete at least 3 sets of 8.  I am feeling really good..stronger for sure! ...

I have a client that started out at 530 lbs and was too embarrassed to even walk into a gym. He now weights 380 and is working out 4 times a week and is making great progress. Believe in your own ability to change the way things are. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and never, ever give up. I wish you all the best and really look forward to hearing how you are progressing. Stay strong and if there is anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.

Keep going after your goal. You will be surprised how quickly you'll lose the fat with weight lifting. Don't give up and you will get outstanding results.
