To rebuild into a leaner, stronger version of my old self.
Goal (Long):
Every so often, I like to let myself go just long enough to lose a little of my size and mass, but to remain in shape. Now, my goal is specifically to put on 10 or more pounds of lean muscle, increasing the size of my chest, shoulders and arms, while maintaining a low bf %. My goal for my lower body is not to put on size or mass but to add shape to my rear and definition to my quads and calves. Also, my long-term goal is to force myself to set a new short-term goal by the beginning of September, and to build more motivation than what I start with.
Nick, you are the man. Reading about your progress, seeing your personal website, and looking at your workout journal has really given me a boost, mentally. With a very similar frame to myself, It proves that I can make huge strides to improvement if I set my mind to it and concentrate. You are the first person on here to have that effect on me. If I can replicate your dedication, I know I can achieve the results I want. Seriously, you are a beast and an inspiration. Congrats!
Today was leg day. It's been about an hour and my legs are completely dead. I was sore to begin with because of football last night, and now I can barely move. But I guess I like feeling that way.
