Alright, chest day and it went pretty well but the high reps really kill me. The last day I died on 6 instead of getting the 8 I planned on. And my dumbbell bench suffered from it also. Overall good workout though. I have noticed that during my workout, I am gaining about 1.5...
6 days a week. 1-2 day rest/cardio. Day 1: Chest, Tris, Shoulder; Day 2: Legs, Calves, Butt; Day 3: Bis, Lats, Forearms; Day 4: Legs, Calves, Butt; Day 5: Shoulders, Chest, Tris; Day 6: Lats, Bis, Forearms; All Subject to Change Based on How my body feels. It'd take too long to list...
