What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't really care, I only do it when it comes out naturally if I'm really struggling and I need to do it or I'm exhausted.

Alright, chest day and it went pretty well but the high reps really kill me.  The last day I died on 6 instead of getting the 8 I planned on.  And my dumbbell bench suffered from it also.  Overall good workout though.  I have noticed that during my workout, I am gaining about 1.5...
