Hi, how's it going? Have you started to workout again? :)
I´ve been doing my same program for almost an month now but still I don't feel the energy coming. Always thinking maybe I should skip practice tonight but still always forcing myself to go, but it always feels good afterwards.. Best of luck, Jóna
Hey glad to hear that you are starting trainging again! I know it's so hard to start again after some pause or holiday. I actually went on a summer vacation for only 2 weeks in August, and the first week in the gym after that is ridiculously hard. I couldn't lift the same weights as I did before the holiday and I had to tell myself every 5 min. of the workout to last at least 5 min. more.. But we can do it! :)
ONe thing that I did, was I found someone who was tracking their progress in light of a supplement that they were taking. It was inspiring to say the least...I tracked an 11-oxo log primaily
create a routine, check out the forums. get sime supp's to make it interesting, then pervere for a bit then it becomes a habit nearly an addiction, just nail it
I used to be 240, no strength and depressed as hell, that was my starting point, now around 191, and getting stronger, no longer bummed out all the time, go for it, its really fun as hell!
