Let's see 30 pounds of mass, 3.5 inches on your arms, more than 100 pounds to your bench all in less than 3 years? Nice progress! Keep up the great work and you won't be mistaken for either Olsen twin (ha)!
thanks for the insight. I guess I am just at the point where I have lost enough weight that I realize fat loss isn't the only part of the equation to look how I want muscle building has to be part of it.
Man, that sucks. All is good here, just busy. The week is flying by & I don't feel like I've gotten anything done. Probably cuz I'm on bb.com. LOL. Workouts are going great -- pushing heavier weight than usual! Love that! Hope you feel better bro.
two bowls oatmeal one shake 50grams protein. 2nd-3to4 granola bars,shake 30 grm protein. 3rd lunchtime 2to3 sandwiches,fruit.4th preworkout 6to 8 perogies,shake 30grms protein.5th supper 2 chicken breasts or fish(easy to digest)LOTS OF PASTA. Then a shake before bed. let me know how it works for u. cheers
