dkwojt X-rays show a new calcium mass forming at the shoulder ball and socket. Going to try cortosteroid shots to dissolve it. Still need MRI.

So I'm still losing weight, but my bodyfat is stuck at 19%. I'm changing up the diet and kicking up the cardio to try to jumpstart the BF. If I'm losing weight, and not BF, does that mean I'm losing muscle mass?
