How I Started:
I was always, in one way or another into be somewhat fit. I participated in athletics since grade school. Football, which lead to wrestling and eventually track & field. I have alway been considered kind of large for the events I participated in. Everyone thought, "Look at em'. He's a weight man." Meaning I do the Hammer Throw, Discus, or Javelin. But I took a look leave of absence when I backed off of the extra ciricular activies for 11 years. Now I'm back.
Why I Love It:
This gives me a since of accomplishment and focus.
How I Stay Motivated:
everyday I step foot in the gym I get a welcome commitee that greets me at the door. I get a lot of people saying what they wish to look like from weight lifting. So i work harder so they'll have a harder time looking like me. LOL. Those who show appreciation for what I bring to their day is a day know I make a difference being there. Even the trainers are basing their workouts around mine. This really motivates me.

Description: I like this vid because it's me. Bench pressing 315lbs at 11 reps in the 5th set. That's 5 sets hitting 11 to 12 reps each set. I'm forcing growth thur high reps.

Thanks for the advice I have to take some new pics I started in December. I have been working out 5x a week monday/chest tuesday/arms wednesday/legs thursday/back friday/shoulders I try to fit in a half hour of cardio three times a week and do about 5-10min of abs after every workout I dont know what supplements I should take theres so many out there Your in shape I wanna be in so any advice is very much appreciated thanks
hey dude awesome physique man,awesome awesome abs. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to and cant seem to get my lower tummy flat despite still not growing size wise im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.
well the diets pretty good. i carb cycle but i messed up on tuesday getting a burger from red robin which made me full for abt 4hrs so it threw me off for a bit. But day to day i do pretty well. only thing i have trouble with is getting in enough protein during the day.
btw ur body is spectacular. Reminds me a lot of my bestfriends.

Progress is really coming along! I've found an awesome workout partner and have been training with her 5-6 days/weekly and really cleaning up the diet! How are you?
