dkstew70 Done a lot with cutting sugars/bad carbs in the last week. Eating much better and frequently but hungry all day!! Normal?

  • Make sure you eat plenty of protein for breakfast and lunch (eggs, chicken breast, lean sirloin etc, and also include some snacks throughout the day! Walnuts & a tablespoon of honey in Non-fat, plain Greek yogurt, low-fat string cheese, a handful of raw almonds etc. Shoot for 3 meals, plus 2 snacks plus pre and post workout protein and see if that helps!

mwild Oh yeas, that would be awesome! I've been looking for a workout partner for a long time. I need some support to handle heavier weights, and also it's great to have someone who encourages you to move forward. Keep working hard. Try to get rid of carbs, and eat more protein. mwild I'm glad that you're making progress. The most important thing is to be consistent. But let me tell you, I wish I could have your weight. With a proper diet and training you may achieve great results. No matter how I try, I don't gain weight! I've training for 3+ years and results are not the best. I'm excited now with the Shortcut to Size program. I'm getting results, not as much and as fast as I'd like, but for me they are good enough. Wish you the best. Best regards... Nov 15, 2012 8:56pm

mwild You're right, cut fat is the hardest! I'm currently at 140 lbs and 17.7 % BF percentage. It hard for me to lose fat too. The other thing you should do is to clean your diet. A clean diet makes most of the success. Wish you luck! Nov 1, 2012 7:19pm

mwild The only thing you have to do is work as hard as you can and be patient. In a short period of time you will look great. I'm an extremely hard gainer, it's been very hard for me to add weight. mwild Hi! Thx for your comment! One of the firsts things I had to learn was to be patient. Muscles don't grow overnight. If you're persistent results will come without any doubt.
