How I Started:
Grew up as an athlete, played football and baseball through Highschool (a little college baseball). Lifting was just a natural progression from competative sports.
Why I Love It:
I consider it a LIFELONG competition with the self.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation right now comes from watching all of the guys at the gym that aren't doing it naturally and trying to stay ahead of them.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form. Going too heavy too early
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Mainly just strains. My elbows suck.
