Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to get back down to my pre-college weight.
Goal (Long): I want to fit into my dresses again and not have to worry that my tummy is pooching out. I don't want to feel tired and lazy all the time. The tiredness to just a killer. I'd like to be able to go to the generic clothing shops and not automatically think that they won't have anything in my size. I want to feel confident in my looks again and not have people look at me, when I stand up straight, and wonder if I'm pregnant. I want to be able to stand up straight and not have my stomach protrude out further than the rest of my body.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 100 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 24%

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I'd like to look like Anna Nicole Smith before she put on the weight. She was full figured and I could pull that off easy.

Sometimes I'll take some Ginseng, but not a regular basis. It was mostly in my college days. But if I need some extra energy, a ginseng tea will do me fine.

Oh man! You don't have to tell me about medications. Sometimes they really SUCK! You can borrow my last horse that I got back on...I don't remember what I named it, so you can name it anything you want. Just strap on that saddle, climb back on and ride that horse like ya mean it!

Hey thanks! That pic is a few months old. I am blonde now. I never was allowed to dye my hair as a teen so now in my 30's I am color crazy. I used to be such a couch potato for years and now I am addicted to exercise, my body just cannot keep up with my mind! How is your day going?

How you doing today? I ran a mile and quit..so bad. I did nothing on Sunday as I needed a break from 6 days of training in a row. Sometimes I get lazy and crap out after a few minutes, other days I can work out like a demon. I need to shoot for consistency...

Thank you for the encouragement. I am pretty sure I have it but will know for sure on Friday of next week! I know you can reach your goals with no problem. THe key, I believe, is to set realistic weekly goals and read them daily and then stick to a set workout program. Good Luck!
