Thanks buddy! Keep up the hard work. You've got a great base. Keep adding mass... eat clean but big and lift heavy. Once you gain 10-15 lbs then focus on dropping down the body fat if it's higher than you want it to be.

Hey Drew, Sean pretty much covered everything. Stick with food in its basic forms and you will be alright. This means staying clear of all breaded foods or foods covered in thick sauces and gravies. Avoid as much of the process foods as you can to cut down on salts and unnecessary chemicals. And always eat as many fruits and vegetable as you can get your hands on. Continued success towards your collegiate rugby goal. Keep training strong.
heavy on the basics. chicken, fish, beef , rice potatoes and pasta. i use a multi vit, protein powder with creatine and glutamine. have also been taking free form leucine for pre and post train. you probaly already know all this mate but the real key i feel is consistant with you diet and trainin. if you need any more help mate just message
