Fit Status:
I'm very motivated right now, ino more messing around, im going to get down to 195 and then focus on strength while maintaining that weight
Moved in with two ex-highschool football stars and i wanted to show my family and friends back home a huge difference when i came home from college.
Why I Love It:
It gives me so much more energy, i just feel healthy. I feel like its something I'm good at. Feels like you are accomplishing something that not everyone can. Not just physically, but mentally as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing others in magazines, movies, clubs, and bodyspace. Hearing all the praise and congratulations from family and friends.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 90 lbs and gaining 225 to my max bench.

So first blog is being inspired by my hatred of myself when im in a sleep coma.
I have been working out before work for about a year now at 5am. and it has worked great, never have to wait on exercises because of lines, and i always felt more motivated in the morning, and the day never lagged...
