The training is coming OK. I'm having a tough time reducing my calories more because eating less affects my sleep. Do you know any solutions for this? How is your training going?

Hey bro, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. There many different programs that people use, I do one body part per day. I have a chest day, a back day, leg day, etc. I don't do any push ups on off days though.

Thanks for your comments. The exercise with the most influence on my arms is skull crushers on a decline bench. I also do hammer curls, straight barbell curls, and standing curls with cables. Keep training hard bro!
