How I Started:
To enhance my martial arts, and I used to be overweight. I was in good shape until my thirties, then because of inactivity and bad eating habits my weight ballooned to 258 pounds. I joined a gym, that's where I met my former martial arts instructor and we worked out and did kickboxing and jujitsu. The weight slowly came off over the next 3 years with 100 pounds of fat lost and then 15-20 pounds of muscle gained.
Why I Love It:
Love to be in good shape and keeps me looking young.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror. I've worked so hard to achieve my goals there is no way I can go back to being overweight.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 100 pounds, then gaining twenty pounds of muscle.
