Burning off the bodyfat until I like what I see. Then I shoot for muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
I want to look better than I ever have, period. No excuses this time, and no giving up. My wife deserves a sexier, healthier husband, and I deserve to feel better and more confident about myself.
I'm spending the next ten weeks doing 3 days in the gym, 4 days of intense cardio to shed as much of the bodyfat I've accumulated over the last 15 years as possible. When I'm leaner than I've ever been, I'm going to ease back on the cardio and really focus on building some epic muscle mass. I have no aspirations to compete, but I do plan to turn heads at the swimming pool, and to walk around the Arnold every March like I belong there.
