total burned calories 500-600 staying at a minimum 90 b.p.m. heart rate. 10-15 mins in the mens steam room then back home for a meal.
Monday: (day off) didn't have time to get to the gym after school.
so my diet was really strict today.
first thing this morning
5 hour energy to start the day off right.
10:30am oatmeal around
2:00pm Metamucil fiber supplement to make my self feel full
8:30pm after school was let out i had a bag of almonds
9:00pm then home for some simple turkey lunch meat.
1:30am a late night snack to feel full - oatmeal with honey again.
Tuesday: diet was strict. night workout from 930 - 10:30
just cardio on the 2 bikes total calories burned 300
then to the mens steam & sauna rooms about 10 or 15 mins total.
went home ate some 2 tuna cans, a pickle, & a banana for dinner. midnight snack - 1 large garden salad with fat free croutons, pepper, and light ranch dressing.
3 servings of Metamucil threw out the day.
2:45pm 1 serving of Metamucil fiber supplement with water.
